Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and Acots Corporation, DLF Forum, Phase 3, Cybercity, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India, which operates the Growthmodo brand ("Growthmodo", "we", "us", or "our").

By requesting an audit, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Growthmodo provides tracking and attribution infrastructure services, including tracking audits, server-side implementation, Meta Conversions API setup, GA4 configuration, attribution layer builds, reporting dashboards, and ongoing tracking health monitoring.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Free audits are provided without obligation to purchase additional services.

When engaging Growthmodo, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to ad accounts, analytics platforms, and relevant technical systems
• Designate a point of contact for questions and approvals
• Review and validate tracking implementations within agreed timelines
• Ensure your advertising and data collection practices comply with applicable laws and platform policies

You remain responsible for all advertising decisions, campaign content, and compliance with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platform policies.

Paid services are invoiced according to the agreement signed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, audit fees may be credited toward implementation projects if you proceed within the timeframe specified in your proposal.

Retainer services require a minimum commitment period as stated in your service agreement. Either party may terminate ongoing retainers according to the notice period in your contract.

Agency partners may resell Growthmodo services under their own brand. Partner pricing and white-label delivery terms are governed by a separate partnership agreement. Growthmodo remains invisible to end clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement become yours upon full payment. Growthmodo retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials.

Growthmodo provides technical tracking and attribution services. We do not guarantee specific advertising performance outcomes, ROAS improvements, or revenue results. Tracking fixes improve data accuracy; media performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
